Capparis spinosa, the caper bush, also called Flinders rose is a perennial winter-deciduous plant that bears rounded, fleshy leaves and large white to pinkish-white flowers. The plant is best known for the edible flower buds (capers).
Cultivation from seeds is easy, just let them soak with water for about 24 hours, then plant about 2-5mm deep and keep moist and warm for about 3-5 weeks.
